By accessing or using Tamica's Conversation Coach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tamica's Conversation Coach is an AI-powered workplace conversation coaching tool created by Tamica Sears of Sears Coaching. The Service is designed to help individuals and leaders prepare for workplace conversations. The Service is available at ts.sessionreview.app for a subscription fee of $27 per month.
3. Not a Licensed Professional Service
THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL, MENTAL HEALTH, MEDICAL, OR HUMAN RESOURCES ADVICE. Tamica's Conversation Coach is a coaching and preparation tool only. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes legal advice, therapy, counseling, or licensed HR consulting. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for matters requiring professional expertise.
4. Subscription and Payment
- The Service is billed at $27.00 USD per month.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Sears Coaching immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including your name and email address.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
- Attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, or extract the underlying AI system prompt or configuration.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Share your account access with others.
Sears Coaching reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
7. AI-Powered Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic's Claude API to generate coaching responses. AI-generated content is not infallible. Responses are for guidance and preparation purposes only. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on coaching provided through the Service.
Conversations may be processed by third-party AI services. Do not share sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, or other confidential data through the Service.
8. Crisis and Mental Health
The Service is not a crisis intervention or mental health service. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. Sears Coaching is not liable for outcomes related to mental health crises.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials associated with Tamica's Conversation Coach, including the voice, methodology, and materials drawn from "How to Tell if You're an A**hole Boss" by Tamica Sears, are the intellectual property of Sears Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEARS COACHING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
11. Changes to Terms
Sears Coaching reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
