- First name and email address provided at signup.
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Conversation content from your coaching sessions, stored in Firebase Firestore.
- Account activity such as session dates and usage patterns.

We use your information to:
- Provide and personalize the coaching experience, including greeting you by name.
- Process your subscription payment through Stripe.
- Send coaching session transcripts to your email via SendGrid.
- Maintain your session history so you can reference past conversations.

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service. Each has its own privacy policy:

- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not use your conversation content for advertising purposes.
- We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy or as required by law.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account only. No other user can access your sessions or personal information.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Do not share sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, passwords, or financial account details through the Service.
7. Data Retention
Your account data and session history are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual sessions at any time from within the app. To request deletion of all your data, contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information through your My Profile settings.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for data processing, which will result in account termination.

9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adults in professional workplace settings. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete the account and associated data promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email address on your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
